Take an annual support pack and you can save up to 40% compared to a "pay-as-you-go" approach. Our service packs are available in 3 sizes, each bringing additional benefits and cost savings.

Each service pack contains a number of service credits which are valid for 12 months from date of payment. The service credits can be used as indicated below.

The higher level of service you purchase, the lower the price per credit and the greater additional service levels and other discounts.

Packs can be purchased at any stage as a top-up should you use all of your credits. Note that additional services and discounts apply to the pack currently in use.
